While some businesses were able to capitalise, sadly, others became casualties. Savour Magazine, unable to print, launched a
2021: hopefully the year of ‘being together’, because that’s exactly what the hospitality industry offers. It’s more than just a good meal or a drink. It’s butterflies on a first date, the laughter at a family get-together, letting your hair down with the ladies and gents.
