“This is our favourite time of the year – bringing a real sense of occasion. We have a treasure trove of wines, all handpicked; from sparkling and Champagne offers, to classic combinations and off-piste selections, through to delicious ports and sweet wines; this Christmas we have it all wrapped up,” says co-founder Sam Goodhart, who runs the business with husband, James.

STAR WINE BUYS
Since the 2008 vintage, all Chablis that comes from Joseph Drouhin must also carry the name Vaudon, which comes from an old water mill on the river Serein that is owned by the family. The grapes for this Chablis come from a 6-hectare plot on the right bank of the Vauvilien Valley that is sandwiched between the Premier Cru vineyards of ‘Mont de Milieu’ and ‘Montee de Tonnerre’.
