Durham Gin’s Christmas Club is twist on the classic cocktail Clover Club adding some festive flavours
Ingredients
50ml Durham Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
2 Bar Spoons of Red Currant Jam
1 Sprig of Rosemary
1 Egg White
Method
Add all ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary.
