Quaker Gin’s Pink Fizz cocktail.
Ingredients
50ml Quaker Gin
30ml lemon juice
20ml Rose Syrup
Egg white
Plain tonic
Method
Dry shake the gin, lemon, syrup and egg white for 30secs to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake for 1 min, then pour and top up with tonic. Garnish with edible flowers or raspberries.
