THE LAKES GIN CHRISTMAS COCKTAIL – THE GIN MARTINI
The Gin Martini is for those who prefer a dry martini with strong citrus and juniper notes and a hint of oak, spice and wine from the vermouth.
Ingredients:
- 60ml The Lakes Gin
- 5ml NoillyPratt Vermouth
- 1 green olive
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add The Lakes Gin and vermouth. Stir until very cold and strain into a pre-chilled Coupette glass. Garnish with a green olive.
