Gin & Hibiscus

Ingredients
- 50ml of Quaker Gin (or any premium gin)
- 150ml of Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Tonic
- Cucumber
- Raspberries
- Ice
Method
Add ice, gin and then the tonic to your favourite gin glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced raspberries.
Dark & Stormy

Ingredients
- 50ml of Holy Island Spiced Rum
- Start with 50ml of Merchant’s Heart Ginger Ale (add a splash more, should you wish)
- A dash of lime juice
- Ice
- Lime twist to garnish
Method
Add ice, rum and ginger to a tumbler glass, garnish with a lime twist. For a more sophisticated touch, add a sprig of rosemary and use this as a stirrer to combine the flavours.
This will also take the sweetness down a notch.
Posh Vodka Tonic

Ingredients
- 50ml of Durham Vodka
- 150ml of Merhant’s Heart Pink Peppercorn
- Ice
- Mint
- Pink peppercorns
Method
Fill a tumbler or copa glass with ice. Add the vodka, Merchant’s Heart Pink Peppercorn and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
