INGREDIENTS
50ml Rhubarb & Rosehip Gin Liqueur
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Grenadine
25ml Cloudy Apple Juice
15ml Egg White (Optional)
Apple disc, for garnish
METHOD
The key to any egg cocktail is to shake it longer than you would most cocktails to ensure that everything is mixed well. The egg also makes a great foamy top on the pink liquid and creates a spectacular looking cocktail.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake without ice.
Add ice to shaker and re-shake.
Single strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with an apple disc.
