“This apple garden cocktail uses a stunning foraged botanical Scottish gin. It has a natural affinity with red apple – hence the name. We have more than 250 gins in the bar and have always aimed to stock the very best Scottish varieties. We love the guys at Caorunn, and the Speyside area of Scotland is simply one of the most amazing areas in the UK for scenery, as well as gin, so it was a natural fit for us.” – James Sutherland at 56 North, Edinburgh.
