Pink Gin

Forget the pink gin, this one’s all about the pink tonic.
Ingredients
50ml of gin
150ml of Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Tonic
Cucumber
Raspberries
Ice
Method
Add ice, gin and then the tonic to your favourite gin glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced raspberries.

Bombay Sapphire Gin Fizz

Stir your creativity with star anise, lemon, orange, Martini, tonic and a generous splash of gin.
Ingredients
50ml Bombay Sapphire – buy here
25ml Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino
100ml Premium Lemon tonic water
1 lemon wedge
1 orange wedge
1 star anise
Method
Squeeze a lemon & orange wedge into a balloon glass then drop in. Add the Bombay Sapphire & MARTINI Rubino then swirl well to infuse. Fully fill the glass with cubed ice and top with Fever-Tree Tonic Water. Gently stir to combine. Garnish with single star anise.
The Lakes Gin Martini

The Gin Martini is for those who prefer a dry martini with strong citrus and juniper notes and a hint of oak, spice and wine from the vermouth.
Ingredients
60ml The Lakes Gin
5ml Noilly Prat Vermouth
1 green olive
Method
Fill a mixing glass with ice and add The Lakes Gin and vermouth. Stir until very cold and strain into a pre-chilled Coupette glass. Garnish with a green olive.

Grapefruit Sour

A herbal twist on the classic ‘Gin Sour’, this grapefruit number is the perfect blend of sour and sweetness.
Ingredients
45ml Masons Original Gin
15ml Galliano vanilla liqueur
25ml fresh grapefruit juice
15ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
1 egg white
Method
Dry shake all ingredients then shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
