Bramble Cocktail by The Lakes Distillery

This Bramble Cocktail by The Lakes Distillery is the perfect tonic. Make it using The Lakes Gin, or the new Lakes Gin Explorer.

Ingredients
2 shots of The Lakes Gin – or The Lakes Gin Explorer
1 shot of lemon juice
1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Drizzle of Chambord

Method
Shake gin, lemon and sugar with ice. Strain into a tumbler glass (filled with crushed ice). Drizzle Chambord over the top and garnish with blackberries or raspberries and a twist of lemon.
