English 75 Cocktail by The Lakes Distillery

Ingredients
1 shot of The Lakes Gin – or The Lakes Gin Explorer
2 shots of Nyetimber, or preferred sparkling wine
1/2 shot of lemon juice
2 dashes simple syrup

Method
Combine The Lakes Gin, syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced Champagne glass. Top up with fizz. Stir gently. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
