Ingredients
45ml tequila
15ml pink grapefruit juice
15ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
3 drops of hibiscus bitters
crushed seeds of ½ pomegranate
rosé Champagne
ice
METHOD
Shake the tequila, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, hibiscus bitters, and pomegranate seeds over ice. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with rosé Champagne.
