Say hello, to this rum cocktail by CUT Rum – a newly launched range of quality, authentic liquids using only natural ingredients, and in its range has a Spiced rum, Overproof rum and Smoked rum that uses an innovative smoking process using oak chips.
Son of a Beach Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 25ml CUT Overproof Rum
- 25ml peach liqueur
- 75ml orange juice
- 25ml red wine float
- Orange slice
- Mint sprig
- Collins glass
Method
Add the rum, peach liqueur and orange juice to the glass with crushed ice. Then churn the drink. Gently pour the red wine over the back of a spoon held just above the drink’s surface so the wine floats on top. Garnish with orange slice and mint sprig.
