Strawberry Gin Spritz

You’ll be tickled pink with this Strawberry Gin Spritz cocktail recipe.

Ingredients:
25ml Durham Strawberry and Pink Pepper Liqueur
Fresh strawberries
Mint
Rosé or Sparkling wine

Method:
Muddle the fresh strawberries and mint together.
Over ice add Durham Strawberry and Pink Pepper liqueur.
Top up with chilled Rosé wine – or for a more luxurious finish top with your favourite sparkling wine.
Serve in a champagne flute.
