Gin and tonic or gin and ginger? Decisions, decisions. Tickle your taste buds with these two tantalising gin recipes. Pop the music on, pull out the deckchairs and soak up some good ol’ English rays.
The Perfect G&T
Ingredients
- 50ml of premium gin (we used Quaker Gin)
- 150ml of Merchant’s Heart Floral Tonic
- Wedge of lime
- Sprig of rosemary
- Sprig of mint
Method
Add ice to a balloon glass then pour in the gin and top with floral tonic (elderflower tonic is also delicious). Add a wedge of lime, sprig of fresh mint and stir with a sprig of rosemary.

Ingredients

- 150ml of Merchant’s Heart Ginger Ale (or ginger beer if you prefer a little more spice)
- Sprig of mint
Method
Add ice to a balloon glass then pour in the gin and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Now sit in the sun and relax!
