Mambo Wine and Dine, in South Shields, has launched its new drinks menu and we love it so much we’re sharing the recipe for one of our favourite tipples – the Tuscan Fresco. Drink up!
Ingredients
25ml vodka
25ml Archers Peach Schnapps
50ml grape juice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rosemary.
