Ingredients
50ml of Holy Island Spiced Rum
150ml ginger ale
Ice
Wedge of lime
Method
Add the ice, rum and ginger ale to a glass. Stir, then top with a wedge of lime.
Toffee Apple
Ingredients
25ml of Holy Island Spiced Rum
Sliced apples (which have been soaked in 25ml of Holy Island Spiced Rum for one hour)
Apple Juice
Raspberry Juice (optional)
Diet Lemonade
Ice
Method
Add ice to a glass. Add the rum, sliced apples and apple juice. Top with a large splash of lemonade and then a splash of raspberry juice. Stir.
