Cidre Chaud

Ingredients
20ml St-Germain 20ml
10ml Calvados(apple Brandy)
20ml Cloudy apple juice
80ml Sassy Rosé Cider
Star anise
Lemon peel
Cloves
Method
Place all in a pan and keep and 50 degrees. Serve in a cup and garnish with star anise, lemon peel and cloves
Bombay Bramble Mulled Wine

Ingredients
0ml Bombay Bramble
125ml red wine
10ml (1cl) brown sugar syrup (2:1 ratio)
1 orange slice
Cinnamon
Raspberries and blackberries
Method
Add all the ingredients (excluding garnish) to a pan and warm slowly on a hob allowing the flavour to infuse. When serving, ensure the temperature is above 50oC and decant in glasses before garnishing.
EXOTIC CAFÉ

Ingredients
40 ml Grey Goose vodka
60 ml fresh Aero-press espresso
20 ml Cardamom – cinnamon syrup (per 500 ml : 2 tablespoons ground cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 500 ml boiling water, 500 grams sugar)

Method
Build all and top with frothed oat-milk in a cappuccino mug. Garnish with cinnamon dust
Hot Buttered Chai

Ingredients
60ml BACARDÍ Spiced
1 knob Unsalted Butter
1 tbs Honey
2 pinch Chai Spice
120ml Brewed Chai Tea
Lemon zest
Method
Dissolve honey, build and stir. Garnish with a lemon zest.
