40ml The ONE Whisky
10ml Drambuie
15ml lemon juice
7.5ml vanilla syrup
50ml pressed pear juice
Soda water
Pear slice, for garnish
Collins glass
Cubed ice
METHOD
Add the first 5 ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Shake gently to combine flavours.
Single strain into an iced-filled glass.
Top with soda and garnish with pear.
