Whisky Smash by The Lakes Distillery

This pretty cocktail can be made using The ONE Whisky, or the new ONE Pedro Ximenez Sherry Cask Finish Whisky.

Ingredients
2 shots of The ONE Whisky
1/2 lime cut into small wedges
1/4 cup of diced cucumber
5 sprigs of fresh mint, plus more for the garnish
100ml cold limeade or lemonade

Method
Combine the lime, cucumber and mint in the bottom of an Old Fashioned glass. Muddle to release the juices. Fill the glass with ice and pour in The ONE Whisky. Top off with limeade or lemonade. Garnish with fresh mint, a wedge of lime and a cucumber wheel.
