Royal Lancaster London is brewing some special magical potions this year in preparation for Halloween. If you dare, try Royal Lancaster London’s spooky Witch Margarita cocktail.
Ingredients
35ml Olmeca tequila
15ml Cointreau
25 ml lime juice
3 blueberries
3 blackberries
For garnish: 2 lychees, 2 blueberries and a straw
Method
Start by muddling the blueberries, blackberries and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Then pour in the tequila and Cointreau with a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and then strain into a martini glass.
For the garnish, peel the lychees and pop the blueberries into the middle. Push a straw threw the two lychees and lie the garnish across the top of the martini glass.
