To make an Elderflower Spritz Royale you’ll need:
75ml English Sparkling Wine
50ml The Lakes Elderflower Gin Liqueur
25ml Soda Water
Fresh mint sprigs
Lemon slices
Cucumber slices
Cubed ice
Balloon Glass
METHOD:
Fill the balloon glass with ice and add the lemon slices, cucumber slices and mint sprigs.
Pour in The Lakes Elderflower Gin Liqueur and soda water.
Gently stir to combine.
Top with English Sparkling Wine.
