A herbal twist on the classic ‘Gin Sour’. Grapefruit giving sour and sweetness, while rosemary lends a whole new dimension to this classic drink.
- 45ml Masons Original Gin
- 15ml Galliano vanilla liqueur
- 25ml fresh grapefruit juice
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients then shake with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
