Launched by Kate Macinnes in February 2017, Lilliard Gin is a classic dry gin with contemporary floral notes that is made in a micro-distillery nestled by the River Teviot, in the heart of the Scottish Borders.
The name of the gin comes from a local Borders legend, Lilliard, who fought in the Battle of Ancrum Moor in 1545 to avenge the death of her lover.
TASTING NOTES: The gin captures the mid-summer, fresh, floral flavour profile of the Cheviot Valley with its array of natural botanicals for a light and elegant taste.
PERFECT SERVE: For the perfect serve, enjoy it with Fever-Tree Naturally Light tonic and a slice of orange or orange peel to bring out the flavours in the gin.
