Photographer and Savour contributor, Marion Botella, gets creative in the kitchen with this raspberry cocktail featuring Durham Distillery Gin.
Ingredients
500g raspberries
200g ice
100ml Durham Gin
Juice of half a lemon
Teaspoon of maple syrup
Method
Blend the raspberries then push the resulting puree through a sieve. Tip the sieved puree into the blender again and add the ice, gin, lemon juice and maple syrup. Blend again and divide the mixture between two Martini glasses.
