Passion fruit meets Prosecco in this fruit mojito.
Ingredients
6 mint leaves
60ml rum
30ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Scooped ½ passion fruit
Prosecco
Crushed ice
METHOD
Muddle the mint, rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, and passion fruit in a highball glass. Top with Prosecco, then add crushed ice. Garnish with a half passion fruit or mint.
