Ingredients
35ml Cheshire Grins Gin
15ml rhubarb liqueur
25ml lemon
25ml rhubarb syrup
Fresh rhubarb
25ml egg white (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients to a shaker. Shake with ice. Shake without ice. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
