Gin and Hibiscus
Ingredients
50ml of Quaker Gin
150ml of Merchant’s Heart Hibiscus Tonic
Cucumber
Raspberries
Ice
Method
Add ice, gin and then the tonic to your favourite gin glass. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and sliced raspberries.
Gin Aperol & Tonic

50ml of Quaker Gin
20ml of Aperol
Squeeze of lime juice
Tonic
Handful of raspberries
Orange wheel
Method
Fill a glass with ice. Add the Quaker Gin, Aperol and a squeeze of lime. Top with tonic and garnish with raspberries and an orange wheel.
