One of the best ways to drink vodka? In a Moscow Mule. Durham Distillery’s smooth and slightly sweet vodka gives a thick body and warmth to the zingy mix of ginger and lime. It’s perfect for any cocktails – and taste great in a White Russian, too.
Moscow Mule

Ingredients:
50ml Durham Vodka
Good quality ginger beer (we like to use Fentimans Ginger Beer for an authentic fiery kick)
1 Lime
Method:
Squeeze half of the lime into the glass (or a mule mug if you have one)
Muddle the lime half in the bottom of the mug to get the remaining juices out
Fill the glass with plenty of ice
Add the Durham Vodka
Top up with ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedges
White Russian
50ml of Durham Vodka
50ml home-made coffee syrup
20ml of almond milk
Method:
Make two coffees in a cafetiere by adding 2 spoons of coffee to one spoon of brown sugar. Leave it to infuse for approx one hour. Simmer in a pan to reduce, and leave to cool. That will give you a jam jar full of coffee flavour syrup.
Fill the glass with plenty of ice
Add the Durham Vodka
Add the home-made coffee syrup, top up with almond milk, and stir.
