Mambo Sidecar
Ingredients
35ml Cognac
15ml Cointreau
12.5ml lemon juice
15ml of Gomme syrup
Method
Roll the outer rim of a Martini glass in Gomme syrup and dust with sugar.
In a shaker, add cubed ice; Cognac; Cointreau; freshly squeezed lemon juice and Gomme syrup. Shake
vigorously and strain into the glass.
Mambo Riviera
Ingredients
25ml vodka
12.5ml Tripple Sec
50ml grapefruit juice
15ml Gomme syrup
Method
Add your chosen vodka; Tripple Sec and grapefruit juice to a shaker with cubed ice. Next add the Gomme
syrup and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with fennel.
French 75
Ingredients
25ml gin
30ml lavender syrup
12.5ml lemon juice
Top with Prosecco
Method
Add your chosen gin; 30ml of lavender syrup and freshly squeezed juice into a Champagne flute. Top with Prosecco and garnish with lavender.
