STARS OF THE FUTURE
Aspiring young chefs from local colleges will be assisting the Burlington Restaurant’s head chef Paul to create an evening to remember. Wednesday, November 7, £50 per person.
AN EVENING WITH RICHARD ALLEN & PAUL LEONARD
Richard Allen, executive chef of the Orangery restaurant at Rockliffe Hall, and The Devonshire Arm’s head chef Paul Leonard will be preparing a delicious seven-course tasting menu, which guests can enjoy after a welcome drink and hand-crafted canapés. Thursday, November 8, £105 per person.
TRENCHERS OF WHITBY AT THE BRASSERIE
Trenchers of Whitby, once cited by celebrity chef James Martin as one of his favourite restaurants, is bringing their head fryer and his best-selling dishes to The Devonshire Arms for a celebration of the nation’s favourite takeaway. The three-course menu is available for lunch and dinner and includes fish pie, fresh line-caught haddock with chips, seafood salad and fresh Whitby crab. Friday, November 9, £30 per person.
AN EVENING WITH PAUL LEONARD, ADAM BRAITHWAITE & IAN SWAINSON
Set to be the biggest night of the week, #DEVour welcomes two talented chefs to the kitchen: Ian Swainson from The Pass at South Lodge, and Adam Braithwaite from The Atlantic, Jersey to cook alongside head chef Paul Leonard with a seven-course tasting menu with optional accompanying wine flight. £105 per person, £90 per person for accompanying wine flight.
