It has landed. Our Summer Edition is here – and we’re donating half the profits from all of the online sales from this edition to charity.

We interview chefs on a daily basis, and the industry was left with a void after the death of legendary chef, Anthony Bourdain.
In our Summer Edition, chefs pay tribute to the US chef, author and TV host – and talk to us about gruelling hours in the kitchen, not seeing loved ones and negative reviews.
We’ve also been inspired by chefs – such as Max Gott, owner of Bistro Forty Six and Nick Grieves, owner of The Patricia, both in Jesmond – who have hosted their own charity nights.
Our chosen charity is Hospitality Action, which last year helped 110,000 employees from 182 companies with access to expert help, support and assistance 24/7 365 days a year via its Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
Its patrons include Jason Atherton, Raymond Blanc, Tom Kerridge and Heston Blumenthal – who has signed up all his restaurants to the EAP.
So get buying Savour’s Summer Edit – and know you’ll not only be able to tuck into tasty recipes from the best chefs, read all about up and coming talent and get the low down on where you should be scoffing and quaffing. You’ll be helping someone, too.
