The evening starts with a canapé and drinks reception, followed by a new, four-course lobster surf and turf gourmet menu from the award-winning chefs at the Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill – who will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen and wowing guests with well-crafted dishes.
