Perthyn Low Alcohol Spirit

Perthyn (pronounced Pear-thin) is a Low Alcohol Spirit with its roots firmly planted in Wales. The name Perthyn means ‘Belonging’ in Welsh and encapsulates the friendship of four Welsh rugby icons, James Hook, Lee Byrne, Mike Phillips and Shane Williams, who came together in 2021 to create a low alcohol spirit, full of flavour and perfect for mixing with tonic or in cocktails.

Perthyn is distilled at the Cardiff Distillery using locally and responsibly sourced botanicals wherever possible. The resulting liquid is a zesty 10% ABV low alcohol spirit with notes of citrus, cardamon and thyme.

Welsh 75

35ml Perthyn Low Alcohol Spirit | 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 15ml Simple Syrup | 75ml Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine | Garnish with a Lemon Peel

Add Perthyn Low Alcohol Spirit, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled flute. Top with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon peel ribbon.

High Point Ruby

High Point Drinks are made in Cornwall and include the world’s first premium non-alcoholic fermented aperitif, High Point Ruby. High Point Ruby has been created without artificial flavours or colours, it’s made with natural ingredients taken from the surrounding Cornish countryside and then mixed with Cornish spring water and tea leaves. These botanicals are then infused, fermented and blended to produce an aperitif that is layered in flavours, deep in aromas and complexity. High Point Ruby is a vibrant fermented aperitif and delicious served as a spritz with tonic and ice. This bittersweet citrus aperitif also works really well when paired with fine food.

50ml High Point Ruby | 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice | 15ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup | 5 Raspberries | 20ml Egg White/ Vegan Foamer

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake without ice, add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a chilled coupette/cocktail glass.

Fluère Raspberry

FLUÈRE is a balanced floral blend of botanicals produced using steam distillation to carefully extract the natural oils and flavours from the fruits, herbs and spices. Unique to FLUÈRE is a pleasant after-bite that is typically associated with alcoholic drinks. FLUÈRE Raspberry is carefully distilled with fresh raspberries which give a fresh, smooth and slightly sweet nose and ripe fruit on the palate.

Fluère Raspberry and Roses

Muddle 4 fresh raspberries in a cocktail shaker and shake with FLUÈRE Raspberry, egg white, raspberry syrup, rose syrup, rosé vermouth and fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a raspberry.

Oddbird Sparkling Rose Wine

Oddbird Sparkling Rosé wine from France is produced using traditional methods and then “liberated from alcohol” using a unique, patented vacuum distillation method.

Lowlander No/Low Alcoholic Beers

Lowlander is a range of unique low and no alcohol beers brewed with botanicals in The Netherlands. Cotswold Dry GIn Essence

Pocket and handbag friendly, Cotswolds Dry Gin Essence is a full strength gin designed to reduce the amount of product and thus alcohol required in a G&T whilst at the same time retaining the intensity of flavour.
