Celebrity chef Simon Rimmer has launched a brand-new BBQ video series featuring some of the UK’s leading food experts – including Yotam Ottolenghi, John Torode, Marco Pierre White, and Andi Oliver
The new series, in partnership with Weber Grilling, is guaranteed to get viewers tastebuds tingling as TV host Simon invites his special guests to join him and share their tips and advice around cooking on a barbecue.
Simon hopes to help inspire Brits to be more experimental with their food as well as hone their grilling skills.
He said: “I really enjoyed working on the new Weber video series and collaborating with some of the UK’s top chefs. It was great to see first-hand their different takes on barbecuing and, I must say, I also enjoyed sampling their delicious recipes too!”
As part of the series, Simon will be joined by top celebrity chefs, including Yotam Ottolenghi, John Torode, Marco Pierre White, and Andi Oliver who will discuss their relationship with food, as well as their favourite recipes and flavours. Each chef will also take on a special grilling challenge on a new Weber GENESIS, the brand’s most advanced gas barbecue in 15 years.
