Tongue in Peat’s Special Smoky Mary Recipe
50ml preferred spirit (vodka suggested, or omit for a Virgin Mary)
6 drops Tabasco
8 drops Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch celery salt
1 tsp horseradish
2 tsp fresh lime juice

● Rim the glass with a wedge of lemon and coat it with black pepper.
● Fill with ice and add your preferred spirit, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, horseradish, and lime juice.
