Passion Fruit Mojito
This classic Cuban cocktail has a tropical twist that will tantalise your taste buds.
50ml Havana 3 Year
4 lime wedges
9 mint leaves
1 teaspoon of sugar
Passion fruit puree
Add lime, mint, sugar and rum to the bottom of a highball glass.
Muddle the ingredients and add crushed ice.
Fill the glass with soda water, leaving about an inch at the top.
Stir well and top with passion fruit puree.
Simple to make but delicious to drink, this bramble cocktail recipe will become your new favourite in no time.
50ml premium gin
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch of granulated sugar
Mix the gin, lemon juice, syrup and pinch of sugar.
Shake well and pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
A great traditional Bourbon cocktail that only has four ingredients.
50ml Woodford Bourbon
1 teaspoon of white sugar
4 drops of angostura
Add sugar and orange peel in to glass, then muddle until the sugar has partially dissolved.
Add ice cubes, whisky and bitters and stir for 12 seconds.
Add more ice and stir for another 12 seconds.
Garnish with orange peel and serve.

Add a generous tablespoon of peach puree to the bottom of a Champagne glass or flute.
